Please read the information below carefully before registering. Kindly note that all deadlines are at 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth).

Registration Notes

  • Conference registration at the full rate or student rate includes admission to tutorials, workshops & conference sessions, refreshment breaks, welcome reception, and conference banquet.
  • Student participants must show their student ID at the registration desk.
  • An invoice for the registration will be sent to the email address you provided, and can also be downloaded after completing the online registration procedure.
  • General inquiries on conference registration can be sent to event@nanmedia.com.au.

Author Policy

  1. Each accepted paper from either the conference track or the journal track must be presented at ACML 2026 in order to be published.
  2. Each accepted paper must have at least one author registered for the conference at the full rate by the early registration deadline.
  3. Student authors with exactly two accepted papers may register as one full rate registration plus one student rate registration.
  4. All other authors with two or more accepted papers must register as two full rate registrations.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided unless a cancellation request is sent to event@nanmedia.com.au before 21st November 2025 (AoE), all refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
