Visa-Exempt Entry
- A passport with remaining validity of at least six months as of the date of entry Holders of Belizean, Eswatini, Nauru, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucian and Tuvalu Passports with place of birth recorded on the passport data page as : Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, the People's Republic of China, Syria and Yemen are ineligible for the visa exemption. Holders of Honduran passport with "place of birth" recorded on the passport data page as the People's Republic of China are also ineligible for the visa exemption.
- A confirmed return air/sea ticket or air/sea ticket and a visa for the next destination, and a confirmed seat reservation for departure flight.
E-Visa
- E-visa applicants must possess an ordinary, official, or diplomatic passport with validity of at least six months as of the date of intended entry into Taiwan.
- To obtain an E-visa, applicants must submit relevant personal information and pay the required fee by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) online. The application fee is NT$1,600 with bank handling fee of NT$46 paid by credit card, the total is NT$1,646. (Countries exempt from visa fees are: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Kiribati, Kosovo, Mauritius, Montenegro, Panama, Peru, Solomon Islands, and Turkey.)
- ROC overseas missions may, depending on the applicant’s nationality and purpose of visit, request through email that the applicant submit additional documents within a specific timeframe. If these documents are not submitted by the given deadline, the application may be denied.

Citizens of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam
Citizens of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam can apply online for an R.O.C. (Taiwan) Travel Authorization Certificate from the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
4Visa Required
Participants from countries other than those listed in Group 1, Group 2 and Group3 must apply for a visitor visa in advance.
- Completed & signed application form: On-line Visa Application Form
- Two passport-size photos in color within 6 months: Photo with a plain color (white color recommended) Background.
- Passport (original & photocopy): Valid for 6 months with blank pages
- Evidence of documents: Invitation letter & applicant's ID
- Other additional documents may be required during processing: Ticket, electronic ticket or proof of a travel agency
- Fee:
- US$50 (NTD$1,600) for single entry visa
- US$100 (NTD$3,200) for multiple entry visa.

- 申请人在国外地区或香港、澳门者，应另检附国外地区再入境签证、居留证、香港或澳门身分证影本
- 以上文件须以正（繁）体字填写，敬请于2025年10月08前完成报名程序
- 申请资料经移民署审核通过后，入台证将以E-mail方式提供申请者
