Please read the information below carefully before registering. Kindly note that all deadlines are at 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth).

REGISTRATION NOTES

• Conference (regular and student) registration fee includes admission to tutorials, workshops & conference sessions, four lunches, refreshment breaks, welcome reception, and conference banquet.
• Student participants must show their student ID at the registration desk.
• An invoice for the registration fee will be available for download in the registration system after completing the online registration procedure.
• An invoice and payment link for registration fee will be sent to the email address you provided during the online registration process.
• General inquiries on conference registration can be sent to ireneko@ethinkpco.com.tw.

AUTHOR POLICY

• Each accepted paper from either the conference or journal track must:
  (1) be presented at ACML 2025 in order to be published
  (2) must have at least one author registered for the conference (at Regular Registration Rate) by the early rate deadline.
  (3) No author can be registered for multiple papers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be provided unless a cancellation request is sent to ireneko@ethinkpco.com.tw before 1st December 2025, all refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and registering authors
