If you need a visa to participate in ACML2019, we have an application form on the registration website, available from September 1st, 0:00 to September 30th, 23:59 (Japan standard time [UTC+9]). See the website for details.
In the system, the invitaion letter will be issued after you submit the application form. If you would like to receive your invitaion letter before applying for visa, ask the manager of the system: convention@jtb.com.
