Registration Fee

Notes: Policy of Registration Fee

• Conference (regular and student) registration fee includes admission to workshops & tutorials, three lunches, refreshment breaks, a copy of digital proceedings, program booklet, welcome reception, and conference banquet.
• Workshop/Tutorial (regular and student) registration includes admission to workshops & tutorials, lunch (Nov. 14), refreshment break (Nov. 14), a copy of digital proceedings, and program booklet.
• Students must provide a proof their student status (e.g. scanned copy of student ID card) in completing the registration process.
• Invoice for registration fee will be available for download in the registration system after completing the online registration procedure. If you need an Invitation Letter for attending ACML 2018, please do check the item “I need an invitation letter for visa application” during registration to enable invitation letter generation, which will be available for download as well after completing your registration.
• Any registration fee will not be refunded on-site

Author Policy

• Each accepted paper from either the conference or journal track must be presented at ACML in order to be published.
• Make sure of your paper number before registration. Each accepted paper from either the conference or journal track must have at least one author registered for the conference (either Conference Regular Registration or Conference Student Registration) no later than October 15th.

Payment Method

* Registration should be completed with appropriate payment, which must be in RMB and payable in following ways:

1. Online Payment:

Alipay, WeChat, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB card are accepted. For Credit Cards, it will be billed in Chinese RMB and exchanged to your local currency during your online payment authorization.Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

2. E-bank Payment:

UnionPay-branded debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made unless a cancellation request is sent to conference secretariat acml2018reg@gmail.com by October 20th, and all refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

**请您在缴纳注册费前务必了解个人所在单位的报销政策，选择合适的方式完成注册缴费。因个人原因导致的后续报销问题，本次会议不承担相应责任。**

• 在您完成在线注册流程后，系统将提供注册费英文Invoice。如您仍需要国内税务发票，请于参会期间在注册台处开具。
• 如您所在单位需要通过对公银行转账方式缴纳注册费，请按如下注册费标准及银行账号完成汇款（汇款留言处请注明“ACML 2018”字样）。请于参会期间在注册台处领取注册费税务发票（开票科目：会议注册费；开票类型：【增值税普通发票】或 【增值税专用发票】，请在填写下述注册表时注明相应信息）。
  汇款成功后，请您务必填写 注册表（注册表中需提供“银行转账回执单”）并通过邮件返回至acml2018reg@gmail.com，邮件标题采用“ACML 2018 Registration with Bank Transfer”。我们将及时回复您的邮件，以确认您已完成会议注册。
