Visa

Visa requirements are different according to each country. Visitors to Korea must hold a passport that is valid for at least three months after the planned departure date from Korea, or one month past the date you intend to leave if the government issuing your passport has consular representation in Korea. Please contact the Korea Embassy locally first or visit the website of Korea Visa Portal.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

For those of some countries who require visa, the Secretariat will forward an invitation letter only to presenters with accepted papers. If you need an Invitation Letter to apply for a visa to attend the Conference, please send the following information to hyangmi@cagency.com with subject:

And the following information:

  • Your name as it appears in your passport
  • Your position
  • Your affiliation/ organization
  • Your postal address (to dispatch an original copy to you, if needed)
  • Your registration email address
  • Paper number & title

The letter will be sent to you by email in PDF format within 7 working days after receiving the request with sufficient information. If the printed copy is required, please specify your address to receive the letter.

Speaker Video Release Form

We will record all speakers' presentation or appearance in a video for public distribution. Please download here, return the complete form to acml2017-committee@xavier.kaist.ac.kr with email subject:
